High Performance Leadership Offsite for a Pharmaceutical Company

Challenge: As the pharmaceutical business becomes increasingly competitive and success hinges on the ability to innovate and perform at the highest levels, our clients sought to transform their organization by creating a new standard of performance.  To create a high performance culture, the executives' vision of the future needed to be married with leading practices from the past.  Our challenge was to define the specific behaviors associated with  "high performance" and determine how to evolve the culture to support the new vision.

Solution: Ketchum Pleon Change designed and facilitated a custom, two-day executive leadership offsite.  The event, sponsored by the CEO, included all major business leaders from across the company.  Using a unique combination of interactive facilitation, small group exercises, and creative design, we helped leaders align their thinking to support clear articulation of the organization's future direction and prioritize action steps to get there.  

Results: The executive leadership team became aligned and energized around a vision and definition of high performance.  To facilitate the implementation of the vision, action items were prioritized, metrics identified, and timelines built.  Ketchum Pleon Change is continuing to partner with the client to execute several work streams supporting vision realization.
