Key requirements
For all candidates above Intern level, people who do well at Stromberg Consulting tend have:
- An advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or comparable experience
- Experience working in a client-oriented, professional services environment with Fortune 500 organizations preferred
