As an Intern, you will assist in the design and implementation of change initiatives that impact organizational behavior and drive performance. Typical assignments may involve:
- Research, e.g. reviewing articles, white papers or existing survey data and efficiently summarizing client-relevant information
- Deliverable Development, including conference reports, brainstrom harvesting, and PowerPoint presentations with supervision
- Project Management, providing administrative support to consultants on client projects
Key Intern Requirements
At intern level we look for strong candidates with 1+ years experience in change management, consulting, or with industry expertise and current enrollment in an MBA or MA program for Organizational Psychology or a related field.
