Intern

As an Intern, you will assist in the design and implementation of change initiatives that impact organizational behavior and drive performance. Typical assignments may involve:

  • Research, e.g. reviewing articles, white papers or existing survey data and efficiently summarizing client-relevant information
  • Deliverable Development, including conference reports, brainstrom harvesting, and PowerPoint presentations with supervision
  • Project Management, providing administrative support to consultants on client projects

Key Intern Requirements

 

At intern level we look for strong candidates with 1+ years experience in change management, consulting, or with industry expertise and current enrollment in an MBA or MA program for Organizational Psychology or a related field.

 

Our interns also tend to have an exceptional work ethic an entrepreneurial spirit, are proactive and results driven, and demonstrate personal effectiveness: written communications, oral presentation, analytical thinking, detail orientation, and interpersonal ability.
