Consultant

As a Consultant you will help to develop and implement change initiatives to enable companies to drive organizational behavior. You will be exposed to a broad range of industries, clients and business issues that will enhance your business acumen and continue to build valuable problem solving skills. In cooperation with the project manager, you will play a role in the design and delivery of solutions that may include:

  • Designing/conducting organizational research and analysis
  • Developing communication strategy and content
  • Improving communications and HR processes through mapping, analysis, costing and development/implementation of recommendations
  • Planning and implementing change initiatives
  • Participation in internal organizational initiatives such as business development, training, methodology, toolkit development and recruiting

Additional Consultant Requirements

Typically our Consultants will have 3-5 years of practical experience in organizational and change management consulting, and knowledge of business fundamentals, corporate strategy and organizational issues

This position requires travel as needed for project work (generally 25%)
